Common Ground Common Ground is a community gathering around our Common Ground which is Jesus Christ. Through worship, spiritual formation and community we are equipped to bring this Common Ground to a world in need. We are alternative. We are called to create a safe space for anyone, even if they do not believe, to belong. Our purpose is to provide a new and different space for people who do not find this space in the established church. We are Christian. We hold dear the story and salvation that is Jesus Christ. Although we may not all agree on every issue, Christ’s love and grace is the focus of who we are. We are a community. We believe that a relationship with Jesus Christ is not to be completely individualistic and done alone. It is in and through community that we are able to become all that God has created us to be. We are a place where people may come as they are and discover their story in Chirst’s story. |
